Proxy Manager: Configure and Validate a Proxy Per Browser Profile
Proxy Manager keeps network configuration attached to the browser Profile that is supposed to use it. This is easier to audit than changing a browser-wide route every time you switch workspaces.
Practical setup
- Select the intended Profile.
- Enter proxy host, port, protocol and credentials where required.
- Validate the route before important browsing or automation.
- Keep the configuration stable unless there is a documented reason to change it.
Social Browser configures the route; it does not guarantee the quality, reputation, anonymity or website-policy suitability of a third-party proxy.
Use with automation
A reliable sequence is Profile → proxy assignment → validation → login state → small workflow test → controlled scale.
